Online Donations through Greenhills Christian Fellowship (GCF) Ortigas website are made possible by clicking on the “Donate” button found in the https://www.gcf.org.ph/give page. Users (“you” or “your”) with Paypal account or Credit Card can donate through this facility.

By clicking on the Donate button, you will be redirected to Paypal, an online payment system where you are given two options: “Donate With Paypal” & “Donate with a Credit Card”. The “Donate with Paypal” option allows you to easily donate by simply logging into your Paypal Account with pre-configured payment settings. The “Donate with a Credit Card” option allows for users without Paypal but with Credit Card.

All personal information gathered from your donations through Paypal transactions are kept secure by Paypal using their specified standards found in their website here. Only GCF Authorized personnel have access to Paypal portal and are recipients of prompts sent by Paypal regarding almost real-time donations, with information about donated amount and limited information about you.

USE OF YOUR ONLINE DONATION

An Online Donation is an investment in God’s Kingdom. Within Paypal, you can specify your intended designation for the total amount donated. You can do so by specifying “General Fund”, Missions Fund”, “Building Fund” in the text box where it says “Tell us more about this donation” within Paypal. Donation to “General Fund” will be used to support the different ministries of the church. Donation to “Missions Fund” will be used to support GCF Ortigas missionaries and for other missions efforts. Donation to “Building Fund” will be used to maintain the GCF Ortigas building and other facilities.

CONFIRMATION

After the donation process is completed, a confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to your email address by Paypal. For issuance of official receipts, please contact GCF by email (financegcf.org.ph) or by telephone (+632-8632-1354 to 56) during weekday business hours (from 9am to 6pm). IMPORTANT, please keep copies of your transaction records for possible confirmation purposes.

REFUND

Online Donations to GCF are considered to be non-refundable, except when you can prove your credit card was used in a fraudulent transaction where chargeback liability is under the Credit Card Issuer or GCF. An overpayment made through the negligent use of the online payment system is NOT considered a fraudulent transaction. If your credit card is lost or stolen, please notify your credit card company. If your donation needs to be charged back because of fraudulent use described above, please notify your issuing bank or GCF within thirty (30) calendar days from the time you receive an email confirming your donation. You may contact GCF by email (financegcf.org.ph) or by telephone (+632-8632-1354 to 56) during weekday business hours (from 9am to 6pm). Once approved, GCF will gladly facilitate the chargeback to your credit card within a reasonable time subject to the turnaround time of the bank/s concerned.

INDEMNITY

Your use of our website and its online donation system includes your agreement to not hold persons behind the website any claims, costs or damages that arise as a result of incorrect use of the website, fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties, or any breach of the terms and conditions listed in this document.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GCF may amend or update these terms and conditions from time to time, with or without notice to you. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time you access the Website.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSACTION

GCF reserves the right to refuse any transactions it believes have been made through the fraudulent use of credit cards and other access devices.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Republic of the Philippines law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matter or dispute arising in relation to these terms.
